Destroy cell structure

Caspase can directly destroy the cell structure, such as splitting the nuclear fiber layer. The nuclear fiber layer (Lamina) is a polymer connected head to tail by the polymerization of the nuclear fiber layer protein, thus forming the skeleton structure of the nuclear membrane, so that the chromatin can be formed and arranged normally. In the process of cell apoptosis, laminin, as a substrate, is cracked by Caspase at a fixed position near the middle, which leads to the disintegration of laminin and the condensation of cell chromatin.
