Introduction To Inhibitors
Leave a message
There are many kinds of inhibitors, which are widely used. Such as negative catalyst for catalytic reaction, polymerization inhibitor of macromolecular compound, antioxidant of plastics, rubber, grease, etc., foam inhibitor, gasoline shock absorber, anti-corrosion buffer, etc. For example, antioxidants are inhibitors of oxidation reaction in food, rubber and other organic substances; Salicylic acid is an inhibitor of rancidity; Some polymers are added with ultraviolet inhibitors (such as methyl salicylate) to prevent deterioration due to absorption of ultraviolet light; Organophosphates are inhibitors of cholinesterase in vivo. In order to prevent self polymerization of some polymer monomers during storage and transportation, inhibitors need to be added.
