Biological Activity
SR-11302( SR11302) is a specific, small molecule inhibitor of activator protein-1 (AP-1), inhibits AP-1 activity without activating the transcription of RARE.
SR-11302 inhibits tumor promotion in AP-1-luciferase transgenic mice, inhibits papilloma formation during the course of the tumor promotion. SR-11302 blocks TPA-induced AP-1 transactivation in AP-1-luciferase transgenic mice.
SR-11302 decreases VEGF promoter activity and downregulates c-Fos expression and release.
SR-11302 reduces metastatic lesion formation in the 4D model of lung cancer.
