ZLY28 is the first-in-class intestinal restricted and orally active FXR and FABP1 dual modulator. ZLY28 also is a novel anti-NASH agent. ZLY28 can be used for the research of nonalcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)。

Biological Activity

ZLY28 is an effective treatment for NASH, with many researchers finding it to be a highly promising drug candidate. As a dual regulator of FXR and FABP1, ZLY28 has the ability to improve the overall function of liver cells and reduce inflammation and fibrosis in the liver.
