Used as a solvent in synthetic leather production.
Used as a stationary phase in the gas-liquid color layer analysis.
On pesticides are used to synthesize insecticidal amidine.
In ally used to synthesize sulfadiazine, doxycycline, cortisone, vitamin B6 and so on. Moreover, dimethylformamide is a nonprotonpolar solvent and an excellent solvent for many organic synthesis reactions.
