PYR01 is a novel inhibitor of the E3 ubiquitin ligase CRL4DCAF15, which plays a critical role in DNA damage repair and cell cycle progression.

Biological Activity

PYR01 is a novel inhibitor of the E3 ubiquitin ligase CRL4DCAF15, which plays a critical role in DNA damage repair and cell cycle progression. By blocking the CRL4DCAF15 complex, PYR01 disrupts the normal functioning of cancer cells, inhibiting their growth and proliferation.
PYR01 has been found to be effective against ovarian cancer, breast cancer, and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
