HC-070 is a novel and potent inhibitor of TRPC4 and TRPC5 channels.
The mechanism of action of HC-070 involves selective inhibition of TRPC4 and TRPC5 channels by binding to a specific site on the inner pore domain of these channels. HC-070 has been shown to exhibit high selectivity towards TRPC4 and TRPC5 channels, with little or no effect on other TRPC subtypes or related ion channels. HC-070 also has good stability and bioavailability, making it a promising candidate for further development as a novel therapeutic agent.
